All Lenovo warranties include phone access to customer support and full coverage on labor, parts and system repair for all manufacturer defects or common-use issues that arise with your Lenovo Product. If an issue cannot be resolved by phone, Lenovo covers shipping costs (including packaging) to and from our repair facilities.

If an issue cannot be resolved by phone, with Customer Carry-In Service, customers deliver their PC to a designated service center for repair or exchange. After the product has been repaired or exchanged, customers collect their PC from the repair center.

Lenovo’s 3-year Sealed Battery Warranty can be purchased for a system with a 3 year base warranty or a with the purchase of a warranty extension of 3 years. The extended battery warranty is available with depot or onsite service and offers a single battery replacement in the event a covered battery fails to meet minimum performance standards.
