With a guaranteed first response time of maximum four hours during service hours (Mondays to Fridays, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.), our LANCOM technicians will help you. You can also benefit from an advance replacement in the event of a hardware defect including delivery on the next business day.

With the LANCOM Service Pack 10/5, you can be sure of reliable support directly from the manufacturer even for central network components. The LANCOM Service Pack 10/5 is therefore ideally tailored to the needs of both end customers and LANCOM partners without entitlement to extended manufacturer support. Our experienced staff will help you not only in emergencies, but also in the joint handling of minor problems. For optimal cooperation, we therefore recommend participation in the LANCOM Specialist Workshop.
Tailor-made service scope
The LANCOM Service Pack 10/5 offers you exactly the service package you need for the secure operation of your network during business hours on weekdays. We guarantee professional support for ten hours on five working days with a first response time of max. four hours.
For extended service hours of 24 hours a day, seven days a week with a response time of 30 minutes in case of emergencies, the LANCOM Service Pack 24/7 is also available.
Advance replacement including delivery on the next business day
Reduce network downtime to a minimum. Within the EU, with the LANCOM Service Pack 10/5 you benefit from an advance replacement of the device for which the Service Pack 10/5 has been licensed, and receive a replacement device on the next working day. This service is subject to an existing device warranty.
