1. Remove the head rest. Place the head rest mount onto the head rest bars. The face plate shall be on the back side of the head rest. Put back the head rest.
If the head rest can not be removed, remove the two screws in the frontside of the head rest mount. Place one part of the head rest mount on each side of the head rest. The face plate is to be on the back side of the head rest. Put back the screws.
2. Tighten the screws on the frontside of the head rest mount, using the enclosed tool. Screw until the head rest mount is properly in place.
3. Pull up the head rest and the head rest mount. Press the face plate towards the head rest and tighten the screw in the buttom of the head rest mount. Adjust the head rest into desired position.
4. Adjust the face plate into desired position. Tighten the screw in the face plate. The head rest mount is in place. |
